THE AUTHENTIC LIFE
Holistic psychological counseling & coaching for self-determination

My life = 100% personal responsibility & self-love!
Instead of letting societal rules and norms define me, I define myself — and set my own rules for how I want to live!
I’ve completely reinvented myself and created my own unique version of who I am — someone I can truly identify with and deeply love.
What kind of life do YOU want to live?
I am a masterpiece — in progress
My story - wrong things led me to the right place
Trust only works both ways.
That’s why I want to show my vulnerability and openly share my story with you.
I want to invite you to find the courage to express your truth — because only then can real healing begin.
I truly SEE, HEAR, and UNDERSTAND you — not just in theory!
Because I’ve personally experienced how tough and unfair life can feel.
And that’s exactly why I have complete trust that you won’t just get through it — you can grow from it, just like I did.
I often asked myself what kind of sh*t-show I had landed in — and why on earth I had to go through all these painful challenges.
Why I had to fight my way through extreme shyness, an eating disorder, self-worth issues, high-functioning depression, and burnout.
But it was exactly that time — and the deep work I did on myself — that shaped and healed me.
It made me who I am today: a strong woman, full of self-love, finally taking full responsibility for her life.
Today, my thoughts and desires are in alignment with my actions —
I embody who I truly am at heart, and that’s exactly what I radiate out into the world.
My childhood without self-love:
I grew up in a very small, traditional village — without many opportunities to explore other places, people, or perspectives.
I couldn’t relate to it at all.
My curiosity and intuition drove me away. I wanted more!
The reason I had to leave home was my family situation, which at the time I simply couldn’t cope with. It weighed on me mentally in a very heavy way.
I love my family deeply.
I’m not here to speak badly of them or judge them; they had their reasons for acting the way they did.
But they carry very serious issues and deep wounds within them — ones they’ve never taken full responsibility for or worked through, but instead suppressed.

The past does not equal the future.
- Tony Robbins
And that had devastating consequences:
Alcohol addiction and excessive drug use, leading to serious health issues.
They chose to forget rather than face their issues and actively work through them.
I’ve witnessed, up close, things like psychiatric hospital stays, unresolved trauma, a severe car accident, depression, and cancer diagnoses — and these experiences deeply affected and burdened me for a long time.
It was the hardest experience of my life — having to watch people I love sabotage themselves and waste their precious lives.
To see them sink into depression, stress, and a victim mindset, simply giving up instead of taking responsibility for themselves.
That awakened an overwhelming desire in me to do things differently — not to follow in my family’s footsteps.
To not let my past define me, but to discover for myself who I want to be, who I can become, and what I want my life to look like.
And I knew I had to start with the area I struggled with the most: self-love.
Personal responsibility? I can!
So I left home at 16:
I am turning pain into power.
I spent the next decade searching for myself, trying out many different jobs, relationships and places to live, and had a formative time abroad.
And during this time, I gradually shed what I no longer wanted to be - a self-proclaimed victim of my past - worked through issues, gained distance and learned to know and love myself again.
During this process I also discovered my love for psychology & personal development!
I cried so many tears of joy when I realized that all these challenges ultimately led me here: to myself and to the calling of my heart!
To show you how to get through difficult times and emerge stronger.
To make it clear to you that you ALWAYS have a choice, no matter how modest the cards may be, as soon as you take personal responsibility, learn self-love and can confidently show your authenticity.
THAT is my calling!
You may not have been able to choose how your life started.
But you can sure as hell decide how it continues from here on out!
